Fishy business dealings

I app**** or a phone contract at mtn the glen mall did everything even signed the vontract but when i was supposed to get the phone they said they dont have iphone 13 in store that was on the 27 august 2023 even now they havent called me yet im still waiting, i even declined the debicheck of r2030. Is it possible to do the application if you dont have a phone in store??
