FIRST TIME CLIENT DISGUSTED

im a first time customer at MTN, last week i took a ZTE Router Data contract. till now my Router is not working, i went to an MTN Outlet in West Street Durban and they couldn't assist me they told me something is wrong with my phone which is not correct because i can connect my Telkom Router at home with my Phone, and they were very rude and didn't have time for me at all. im so disappointed with MTN, im using for the first time, and when i call their call centre i cannot get through to the technical Department, i would rather take their Router back because they don't care about Customer service, i cannot pay for something i cant use at all. MTN sort out your things i cannot go on like this. first impressions last, and i would never recommend MTN to anyone due to the FIRT TIME SERVICE i am receiving from them. this is my Last resort after going to their different stores and calling Call centre numerous times.
