First of all I bought a phone that I dint know the phone was not on display and the told me if I open the box I can't return it and seeing the distance I drove and the phone that I wanted was not available I took the phone but I'm not happy with it and on top of it the phone dint come with the charger and earphones they told me I need to buy them separately I called their customer care and they told me that all they phones comes with both earphones and a charger. Today I got my bill and it 1600 so I will pay 1600 for a phone I don't like and on top of that I still need to go buy a charger and earphones ?
