First it was ********** upgrade, now its PSD bill

I have had one problem after another with MTN since December 2014. I spent the last six months fighting a case of a fra.udulent upgrade and now it looks like I will be spending the next 6 months fighting again. 2015, the year of MTN scew up.

My July/august billing shows that I owe R1400+ , whereas I only pay R69pm for 1G. I sent numerous emails to customer care to query this and eventually I was just told that its Packet Switched Data charges but the consultant did not tell me anything further as I had stated on my email that I want these charges to be investigated nor was I told that other customers are complaining about the same issue. Only after I read a post on Fin24, I realised that I am not the only person being ****** by MTN and of course I just saw all the complaints here.

I want this investigated with the billing department and corrected. I have been with MTN since I was a teenager so MTN is all I know but at this point and all the issues and time wasted complaining, I wish MTN was all that I DONT know. I think my contract is up in December and I will not upgrade, its time to move. Its still quiet puzzling how you treat the very people in charge of your existenc
