First experience with MTN, horrible!

I bought a phone two months ago, at MTN Bluff, DBN,...cash.two weeks later it started giving me problems, I took it back they said I must restart the phone, it will work, two months later, same problem. I took the phone back, I have been waiting for two weeks, no communication. I went there to ask why is there no answer on their phone which is listed as contact number, they told me the lady who answers that phone is on maternity leave,SHOCKING!!! They took my number again promising to call and give feedback about my phone as they needed to phone the people who were doing assessment. No phone call, I have to drive there again. I can't get my phone, I cant get my money back.
