First experience counts, so bye bye MTN after this contract

Well, this is not a unique story if the chatter among the droves of people sitting in the line to be served at your stores is to go by. Simple put, you stuffed up the contract during the whole autopage debacle & I'm left to pay the price.
So contract signed on 29/01/2016 for a R150 no phone contract... R100 talk time, 300MB data, top up, well that's what the CONTRACT reads.
So here comes bill number 1, snap, here's a problem, call the call centre. Your over your data limit but its possibly a double billing "apparently this happens", will be corrected.
Bill 2, more of the same, eventually get some time to go to your store in Tygervalley, April 24. Got told whoops, your contract was incorrectly loaded. But being a Sa****ay, & yes, wasted my Sa****ay sitting in a queue with a few similarly disillusioned customers from now defunct Autopage, they have to wait till Monday to process corrections & refund me for the mistake.
Expecting things to be sorted I happily go on with my life, but wait there's more....
Bill 3, no refund, no change, sitting in what use to be Naboomspruit, PS you don't have a customer care store there for my convenience, neither do you have signal so that probably not your target market.
Well now I'm back in civilisation & I'm ****ed... So I go to the same store in Tygervalley only to be told I should have received a reference from the little snot that "server me". So there no roof I was there, even though said snot had sent me a sms after the fact.
Now, again, today I was promised this will be sorted, but now I am told there is no refund on the cards because I should have check my contract. Uh seriously people, I almost fell of my chair after being told this....
So let me be clear, you suck, not just your store service you as a corporation too. I wish nothing more than to cancel this contract seeing that you are obviously in breach of the terms & I want my money back. If I don't get a response I will be taking this to the ombudsman, failing that I will be taking you to small claims.

Agreement number **********

Store reference number REQ **********
