First and last experience with MTN

I had visited the MTN gateway branch on the evening of the 30th November and signed up for a contract since they were able to honour a great deal they were having (despite being out of stock of both the Samsung A31 phone and the Galaxy watch they had advertised) and they told me they would give me a call once they receive stock of my phone and watch and ai should expect it in 1-2 weeks. I waited eagerly and patiently with no response after 15 days only to visit the store 2 weeks later and they tell me "we are sorry mam but we cannot offer you the same deal" they wete not even willing to offer me an alternative or compensate me for their mistake. Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals are all over and I have to wait a whole year for a good deal only because I was cheated out of something I was promised. Most pathetic encounter I have ever had and I am so utterly disappointed.
