Finding humanoids at MTM.

My problem didn't fit into the options when I called. It was impossible to speak to a human, so I had to go to one of their shops. The guy there didn't have access to the sytem to fix my problem. He suggested I press the option for a new contract. Hey presto ! A human answered.
