Finally got the help I desperately needed
Thank you Nqobile from Activations for the great service. Yesterday I was ready to call it quits with MTN for the incompetence of the call centre agent who were transferring me to different departments for a simple query, Nqobile made it easy, clearly she's the only one who knows what she's doing there.
