Finally a breakthrough

I have struggling with a sim swap for a month. They finally did the sim swap in Clearwater but the number was barred. I went to MTN in Mall of the South yesterday. This lady simply told me that the number is barred and she unbarred it. She told me to remove the sim and put it back today. My sim is working fine now thanks to her.
