Final demand
I dont even know where to start anymore. I have sent more that 8 emails to MTN to sort this issue out , and I keep getting nonsense reply's from MTN. It would seem that no one bothers to read all the emails before replying. <br> <br> I was suddenly billed +- R2740 and MTN has failed to explain why. I have requested an investigation into this and asked that a manager contact me,this has not happened. I want to cancel my contract completely with MTN and i WILL NOT pay any settlement amount. I dont want to be retained and if one more person asks me why I want to cancel i'm going to get snarky and tell you that you are clearly illiterate. I am not the one that is in breach of contract , MTN has taken money from me that cannot be accounted for so MTN is in breach of contract. I have started the CPA process , contacted lawyers and put a stop order in against MTN.<br> I did pay you the R674 that I normally pay as I feel that this is all that MTN is entitled too. I have the proof of payment and will forward this to MTN. <br> <br> I suggest someone senior pulls finger , finds my emails , reads them thoroughly and then gets back to me advising me that my contract is cancelled and no more money is owed.

No breach of contract from MTN, usage has been done extra on the sim card for data usage, unless you can send to us the copy of the contract signed for top up on cell ***. You can fax the copy if the contract to ***.
Kindly be advised that cell number *** is on open 2GB package. This line has been billed for extra data usage after the 2GB has been used up received free with the package. We have requested for the billing department to validate the charges for October and November month and to send to you the URL report. Please allow +-10 working days for this to be resolved.

The debit order returned unpaid this need to be paid with the early termination fee valid until end of December.
