Really dont know why MTN is taking so long to approve a request DSV sent to them last week regarding my Manuel Delivery.

i have been waiting for this package from december today is the 20th and the month is almost over but i have not still recivedmy parcel . Have to say that the customer service is very poor , they dont communicate and a simple request to approve my MANUEL DELIVERY SHOULDNT BE TAKING SO LONG
