Fibre Optic Woes

During October 2015, we were received a circular addressed to 'Dear Valued Resident/Business Owner' indicating that Huawei Technologies on behalf of MTN would inserting fibre optic cables in our neighbourhood. They further suggested that trenching would be necessary, but 'The contractor will exercise extreme care in removing and replacing any type of plants'. This has not been the case, and a significant portion of our verge is now bare. The circular further claimed that 'In the unlikely event that you may not be satisfied with the workmanship\ one could contact two individuals at specified cell numbers. One of these numbers appears to be out of order and the other person has departed the employment of the contractor. As Huawei Technologies does not respond to complaints
