Fibre is installed but connection not activated

I placed an order with MTN Fibre on the 10th Jan 2025 I got the router and technician came to do the installation on the 15th Jan 2025. Once the technician was done with the installation I tried reaching out to MTN Fibre customer services to get my fibre activated and I got put on hold for more than an hour with no answer from the consultants. I tried calling again on the 16th Jan 2025 to get my fibre line activated, still no answer. It's been over 24hrs since my fibre has been installed but it isn't activated. I'm not happy with the customer service MTN Fibre is providing. My order number is SSL***8
