Fiber issues cannot be resolved. *********** people. Lack of leadership to assist customers.

Worst experience, poor customer service. Poor Service providers. No internet for last 5 days, numerous calls made and tickets logged. To date no feed back, this has not been sorted. They inconvenience the customer, take your monthly premium and customer is unable to use fiber, internet etc.
