Fern on republic and consultant useless

Worst branch including consultant.

I have popped into the MTN Fern on republic a number of times and the service is always discussing.

Today I attempted a sim swop. Sizwe the consultant waves me off to go to another kiosk. I asked if he knows how to speak, he then ignores me . I then tell him I'm not a dog and he should apologize

He still ignores me till I force an apology out of him

Thereafter I find out i need to go the police station to get an affidavit because i have exceeded the rika's.

I have two phone numbers and its a sim swop

Honestly MTN and their staff are useless
