Disappointed customer

One of the MTN agent called and offered additional data for free as an existing customer, it was suppose to be like a top up to the monthly data, to my surprise the free data turned out to be another contract that I didn’t know about, now I’m getting emails about additional fees that I must pay apparently I’m owing them money for a contract I didn’t sign up for. I’m very disappointed I’m even cancelling the existing contract I’m done with MTN what they did was unproffessional.
