FEEDBACK PLEASE!!!!!!!

I am actually just sick to my stomach of fighting with MTN now - I have been struggling with one reference number to the next of being overcharged on my account. My bill says charge for Samsung *** such and such amount and then there is another charge Called DEVICE on top of this? If this is a different charge why does MTN not just phone me back and explain. I just get ignored and my tickets closed and no-one can tell me why, then I need to escalate and the process starts again, for the LAST 3 MONTHS!!!! Then upon canceling my one line They convinced me to upgrade my other line which I am OK with after being promised 20gig promo data... 2 weeks later STILL NO PRO MO DATA!! I would really really REALLY appreciate some feedback and not be ignored again like my previous review or calls, or mails... Thanks
