Feedback please...

<p>Okay, I got a statement from MBD to pay MTN R17000 of which I paid on the 20th of May. A lovey lady from MBD assisted me. On the 24th she sent me my paid up letter and advised me that MTN has to remove my name from ITC. I sent MTN an email asking them when will this happen and please note that I had also attached the paid up letter from MBD. I was told that MBD is dealing with my account I should consult them. I don't understand as MBD refered me to them. So Emma from MTN legal apologised and advised me that this will take 30 days. So I wanted to find out from her, what really is the process as 30 days is a long time to take money from your service provider, allocate it into my account and alert ITC. I have followed up so many times already and still no response. Can someone from MTN legal assist me please. </p>
