Feedback or process for new application pending more than 2 months!

Complaint business application process [#335816] - Since May 2019 I have been waiting for my business application to be processed. I have provided many unnecessary items required by MTN. I have e-mailed and called and pled with various stakeholders for feedback, but to no avail. Clearly MTN does not want my business and I find that very strange because every business wants more business. Since May 2019, the in-store consultant has called back with the same feedback ad nauseam: "The application is still pending". Pending with whom. Pending why. Why is it so difficult to process this application MTN? Why are you forcing me to leave you after being a customer for the last 20 years?!
