Feedback on my Query
Hi there, I was assisted by a gentlemen by the name of Kabelo Mosimanyane in resolving my billing query. I was called by MTN's debt collectors last week on the 28/09/2017 to say that I owe MTN. The resolution of this query was that you would credit and write-off my account. Please can you send me a cancellation letter so I can send it to VVM as I don't want to have a bad record against my name. MTN number ********** 611....you can email that letter to **********
