Feedback of Documents Needed

I worked for MTN for nearly 12 years and have been trying to get copies of my documents for the past 7 years. I had boxes in storage and some boxes containing all my certificates went missing. I have emailed Karin Kienkie (the HR person for the dept I was in ) several times as well as other HR staff and her manager but nobody even has the decency to respond. I can't get copies of my Matric certificate or my Damelin diploma because both the Dept of Education and Damelin are unable to give me copies as it is apparently too old. MTN, PLEEEEAASE could someone just open my staff file, make copies for me and email it to me. PLEASE. I am desperate for copies of these documents and I would really appreciate it. I can't believe that a fantastic Company like MTN could care so little about people that they wouldn't just make a copy of documents that they have. Please MTN, it will take mere minutes to just send me copies of my certificates.
