I have never opened an account or contracted with MTN. I went to the nearest MTN store ( Southgate Mall, Johannesburg) to inquire about this phone contract that I did not take. They told me they could not help me and they gave me the phone number to call the head office. I called the head office and was told that there was a contract phone on my ID- number and that it is on arrears. The consultant I spoke to told me that they would investigate the case and give me feedback. I did not even receive the reference number and feedback till today. Yesterday, I received a call from MTN Dept Collection asking me to pay and my name was taken to Credit Bauer. I have never taken a contract with MTN and I do not have any contract phone.

Can you email me the copy of the contract, the bank details where the money is supposed to be debited and all the documents submitted by the person who took the contract phone from using my name.

This ruins my life. Now I cannot do anything because I am blacklisted by MTN. I have to take a loan for my child's tuition, but I cannot because my name has been ruined by this.

I have to investigate this case because you could not help me. The contract is in my name and you are demanding money from me, so please provide me the copy of the contract I signed and the copy of the ID and bank statement that were submitted at that time the contract was opened. I want to investigate the matter.

********** I complained about the ***** MTN contract phone that was opened on my name. The MTN complain management team: Mike Ramaboka has not provided me with feedback. I sent him an email requesting feedback regarding the case, since he promised to attend the matter. But now he is not replying to my email. He has no idea how stressed I am. I am blacklisted because of this contract phone, but still MTN doesn't investigate the matter. Can you please MTN give me the copy of the contract phone so that I can investigate this. I've been in and out of MTN shops, I am not getting helped. I wrote to the head office, they don't reply. Mike Ramaboka promised to attend the matter, now he is not replying to my emails. Why MTN are you doing this to me?
