When am I going to get feedback on my complaint about the promo fee?<br> This is taking too long. Either my contract is switched to one that I know what I am paying for or I want it cancelled.<br> <br> REQ:***

Apologies for the delayed response and inconvenience experienced, according the our records the upgrade charge was billed once off on the 13-06-2015 invoice. The July invoice was R 269.83 because of ussd charges and content charges.
Please fax us your proof of contract in order for us to amend according to fax: *** and quote the below reference number.
