Feedback
My phone was sent in for repairs 3 months ago and till today I have not had feedback. Does it really take this long for a customers device to be fixed? I have been calling MTN for the past 3 weeks and been on the line for 30 minutes with no one answering. I NEED THIS RESOLVED ASAP...I am disgusted with the service of MTN Repairs.
