FEED UP!
On the month of May querying why my billing was so high, the consultants could not give me a clear indication which i ended up contacting the CEO directly, his assistance adv that i had subjected to international call which added up to R400 extra from my contract. i therefore advised that i had not done any international call and was never aware of such subsidy and requested it to be cancelled as the rep who assisted me with the contract did not advised me of such, i was forced into paying the extra R400 which i was not aware of and was misled into paying. the month of June i received a statement still MTN is still charging me for this subsidy that i am unaware and was never advised about. this is putting a financial strain on me and i am not willing to pay the R400 i have been expecting them to sort out the billing problem but nothing has happened, this is appalling. i agreed to a contract for R499 not more than that. no communication has been brought forward till date but i am expected to pay this is nonsensical behavior and its sickening that it comes from the head of the company, i feel ****** in every possible way! MTN is the worst service provide agh

Our system shows that as per your escalation to the Office of Chief Customer Experience Officer, a goodwill credit of R410.26 was passed thus reducing the invoice dated 2015-06-13 from R909.26 to R499.00.
On the 11th of June 2015, a cap was loaded on your number in order for your account to not exceed your monthly subscription.
Furthermore the corporate discounts have been app**** effective from the invoice dated 2015-07-13. You will receive the following discounts:
o 10% Service fee discount
o 10% Airtime discount
o 100% ITB
