Fed with MTN

Fed up with MTN is an understatement, I've been a loyal customer to this 🚮 of a company. Contract expired requested an upgrade via retentions nothing has been done. It is now 2 months they have increased my fees instead of an upgrade. When I request a cancellation they make false promises of delivering a handset instead. I'm so tired of this. What am I paying for no phone, no upgrade no cancellation nothing
