Fed up with MTN Stories

<p>I cancelled my contract with MTN 14 March 2016 - Ref - ********** , they however continued to deduct money from my account. I changed my banks so they would stop *****ing money from me.</p> <p>I only got a response from them in September after threatening to take the matter ICASA.</p> <p>But they paid into my ABSA account after i asked them to pay into FNB. <br />They don't reply to my emails anymore & i can't seem to get through to them anymore.</p> <p>I went to ABSA today (01/11/2016) - and guess what there is no payment from MTN. They reversed the payment.</p> <p>I am fed up with MTN, they are quick to take money that is not thiers but they don't want to pay the money to people that they owe it to.</p> <p><br />Any body with suggestions on what my next step could be??</p>
