Fed up with MTN richards bay

I've been an MTN customer for a long time and for the past year the service at mtn is not up to standards due to an issue that occurred amongst the mtn staff that affected me and my credits, the store manager can't seem to help me out with mistake his staff has made. I'm fed up and frustrated
