Fed up with Mtn just ignoring me

Have been trying to get Mtn unisa data deal for over a week now and have been completely ignored by mtn after 20 sms 10 phone calls and 5 emails .......so fed up if you don't want to help me say so don't make me waste my time with sms and emails!!!!!!!!! If you only want to help certain students then say so !!!!!!
