Fed up with MTN

I bought a package with MTN to receive minutes and data every month, but I have been receiving minutes only and for the past 6 months I have been given the run around with no solution, mind you they still debit my account every month even though I'm not receiving the service. I'm so disgusted with MTN and their service.
