Fed up with MTN

MTN's service is the pits! I've paid up my account but they still HAVE NOT updated their records and it has been months... I've logged multiple disputes but they keep re-listing my account... the complaints department never bothered to respond when I laid my complaint... legal team gives false information and the waiting time when you call is ridiculous
