Fed up with mtn

I signed up wuth MTN in on the 01/07/2021 there services were really bad Mohammed zain assisted me which he was high on drugs because he didn't not explain to me anything after i received my data but after a day it got depleted (30gigs) i called to complain about that but my matter was not resolved so i app**** doe 100 gigs but i was given 69 gigs i called in complained about that again but was not assisted they told me i should go to the store i went to the store but they failed to assist me i went there 3 times i even paid for something i didn't use in August they gave me 79 gigs instead of 100 gigs went through the same process of complaining going back and forth with the store and calling but no resolution i wanted to cancel but the ly did not want me to cancel now they are busy sending me messages that i need to pay the last time i used the data was in July they took the router i left it at the store but they did not want to cancel my contract I'm fed with this mtn
