Fed up with Mtn

<p>This is a follow-up of the review that I sent last week.Reference: REQ: ********** . Mtn promised to make delivery of my Iphone, but in vain.Their reasons are:they will only deliver the phone to me at the registered address which is understandable but very difficult at the moment.I tried to inform both Mtn and the courier company that I am at work the whole week and requested that they deliver at my work, they refused.I requested that they supply me with the exact time of delivery of the phone,again they refused, they say I must take a day off and be in the house the whole day,which is unreasonable as Im a very busy during these times.I then requested that I come to collect the phone at the premises, again they refused.I find this ridiculous and if Mtn will continue to treat me like this, I will terminate all my three contracts I have with them.This is extremely uncalled for, from a big company like Mtn.Im getting fed up with Mtn</p>
