Fed up with MTN

I've been trying since 14 January 2019 to get a business contract with MTN. Even got approved on 30 January 2019, but as of 13 February 2019 I'm still on pay as you go. No one seems to be able to help me activate my contract, and because I'm using the number for business I've already lost deals. I have to add I got my new phone already, but without airtime its useless. I moved from Vodacom because of the poor reception, but I wish I had rather stayed with them because atleast I got some decent response.
