Fed up with MTN

I was with MTN mobile for over 5 years. 2 years ago i lost my job and could not pay my installments. So i was handed over to Hammond Pole Attorneys and TC Recoveries. I was receiving calls and emails from both parties. I made arrangements with Hammond Pole and received my settlement letter from them in April 2018. Today i am still receiving emails from TC recoveries telling me that they are handing me over to SSDA (do not know who they are). I called SSDA and they asked me to email through my settlement letter to them, this was May. Till this day i am still receiving messages telling me that i am being handed over to SSDA. When i call in, i can never get though to the correct department or person......I am fed up with MTN!!!!
