Fed up of supporting gold diggers

called mtn on 06/08/2015 spoke to ellen magagula regarding ***. Regardless of them calling from an unknown number and dropping the call after 3 rings to prove they did call back, does not qualify you as having resolved the issue, running away or avoiding the problem only prolongs the outcome of resolving the issue but will not go away. You MTN have migrated my line to prepaid from top up contract when you have not had permission to do so because i requested for you not to proceed. you have locked my line and demand payment for services i did not use. my contract expired in may 2015 you placed me on a month to month contract and now demand payment for top up airtime you took back along with my remaining balance. Keep it!!!!! since you refuse to resolve the issue, but do not for one moment think this matter is resolved. next stop me telecommunications board for cellular communications and then small claims court, you will pay for not resolving your issues. i am not running away from my obligations, i have simply asked that you re-instate my line and re-connect my services but this proves an absolute impossible task to you. i await to see if this matter will be addressed.
