Fed up medical doctor

I’m a medical doctor working in the frontline of this COVID pandemic. I took out a phone package with mtn business to assist me in this time, the deal was for 500+additional 500minutes and then 3GB + 20GB data. We are paying for the package, but mtn won’t load the additional 500min and 20GB data per month...I’m going into my own savings to try and sort out patients, phoning hospitals etc. I’ve phoned mtn business countless times, emailed multiple times with no help. I am a doctor with not even enough time to take lunch and then having to wait for a consultant more than 20minutes when phoning and still no answer on the other side.

MTN I can’t deal with this right now in the face of everything that we have to deal with at work.
