Fed Up Customer.

MTN is the most useless network in Naturena, every second day we have no internet connection. And it's even worse during loadshedding. MTN is failing to manage its business now, Vodacom is always and I mean always connected whether there's loadshedding or not. What is it that they're doing that MTN cannot copy? We are paying our monies in full but we don't get the same service in return. This is nonsense. I'm tired of calling and filling that stupid form of yours regarding connection.

Can yall fix our towers in Naturena or allow us to cancel our contracts freely and move to other service providers!!!
