I am more than tired now of this service provider.<br> <br> My line has been cut AGAIN with \outstanding payment"being cited.I called the call centre in the last week and went through my whole account to find the payment said to be outstanding.None was found.So the line was opened.<br> <br> This week I get messages again saying I have an outstanding payment and my line will be suspended.<br> <br> When I called the call centre I was told again that more than R700 is outstanding.How?My contract is for R379.<br> <br> I am so tired of this now.It has been such an inconvenience.I have settled ALL my due payments barring the one due now.I will not refer anyone to MTN further.I will not renew my contract with MTN.<br> <br> Thanks"""

We are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Kindly note that your account is in arrears due to no payment being received for your invoice dated the 20th of April 2015. The payment of R390.00 made on the 5th of May 2015 was for your invoice dated the 20th of March 2015 (R383.99).
The total amount that was due was R1863.03 and so far you've only paid R1484.02 (R758.02 & R726.00).
