Fed up

We were sold a MTN package for home internet. It doesnt work by us. Now trying to cancel it is a hassle. The one person says onething and the other person says another thing. Now we paying for a service that we don't have. That is truly unfair. We don't have the modem nothing. But they quickly to sell you something. Without checking the availability. Its poor service we getting from MTN. Not a good sign for them.
