Afetr a year of battling i am still no closer to having my account sorted out. i was contacted about 6 weeks ago with a bit of hope by a Jay Govender but as usual empty promises. do i need to stop what i am paying for services i am not getting so that someone at MTN will contact me to sort it out? i have had enough

i dont believe it but if he needs to get hold of me my number is ********** 914 and he can email me on **********

i have been told previously that he will mail me or contact me but nothing has come of it.
