Good day<br> <br> I've had issues with your consultants not attending to my matter. It's been a month now and I'm still waiting for you guys to send me a phone. Ever since my phones warranty assessment has been approved, no one has contacted me. I've tried 6 times to call 808 to get a hold of her but with no luck. Now Mtn wants to bill me for a phone I don't have. Ridiculous. If I don't get any response from you concerning when the phone will be delivered in the next week , I don't want the contract anymore. <br> <br> Kind regards
