Fed up…

I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription for a whole month. I was asked to take the router to the store in order for them to cancel, I did that over 3 weeks ago, but no one is attending to my request, yet they are still trying to debit my account, for what guys coz I took back your router??! Please cancel, you took back your router, what are you charging me for????
