Fed up....

Been to the shop multiple times to upgrade my existing data contract. Only to be told, on the first visit, that they do not have stock. On the second visit ,there is no list price . On the third visit , the problem had been escalated but no response had been given. The forth visit I asked to see the manager and was told the same . Each time I was told that I would be contacted with information , but have to date not received a call. Been with MTN for over 10 years... Guess it's time for change.
