Fed up

Good day, I have a dispute dating from September 2015. My account was upgraded without my consent. My bill was charged double every month.I refused to pay that amount because I did not give any consent at all to upgrade the account. I dont even know what they upgraded me to.The bill only doubled . After a million calls , Affidavits at the police stations ect.I closed my account .I received a call from debt collectors and also reported it to them. I have saved every email I sent every form I filled in , nothing has been done to fix this? This money is still outstanding on my credit rate ? When is Mtn going to remove this? Its giving me bad credit and Im not guilty of that . Its ***** and im really fed up!
