Fed up
So the third hellopeter complaint.
You promised delivery by Friday, today is Monday and NOTHING
You have left my elderly mother without any means of communication as her cellphone is not functioning and she is owed a handset.
You can renew her contract but cannot send her the handset she is owed.
I am fed up

Please note DSV tried to call you on the 6th 7th, 10th and this morning for delivery of your package, but they were not able to get hold of you. I have just informed me there is a network issue, hence this happens. DSV will arrange for delivery on Tuesday 18 December 2018.
