Fed up!!!!

In 2015 before autopage closed down they wrongfully put the wrong company number on my name, which I never knew. Since they closed their doors I struggled and struggled to get the right ex company number on my name and I had to pay another employees account that went over the contract amount each month. Eventually I got the right number on my name after many many months of struggling to do so but unfortunately the company number that was on my name dragged to be put over on the company name again. Eventually when that got done in Oct 2017 everything was settled or so I thought. External Legal companies started to pester me day in and day out stating I owe them money for the company number that was wrongfully put on my name saying that mtn has handed me over to come and collect my personal belongings, how pathetic. I have never once got contacted from mtn directly to tell me that 'I owe them money' it just straight went to the legal department. Keep in mind that No mtn store can Pick up this money that I owe on that company account that was wrongfully put on my name. I can still take out new contracts and no action against my name on the mtn system since they have handed me over. My problem now is.... The Mtn store has contacted their legal department to rectify this problem TWICE now with no joy at all. They just ignore this straight flat. I am beyond livid being pestered early mornings and late at night and while I am at work! Mtn sort your **** out and start to give the customer service we deserve. I am a loyal paying customer and this is the way I get treated! The legal company said you, mtn, should write them a letter stating that this company number and account is no longer on my name since by them it shows still on my name(which has been changed in Oct 2017) so that they can claim the monies owed from the company which this number belongs to.
