Fed up!!
After several emails explaining the situation to the debt collecting company, I still receive threads from them (VVM). As this matter (********** account) is apparently resolved, I still receive emails from them and as I on numerous account explained to them they should follow up with yourselfs (MTN) their client , they still threaten me. Please can this matter be resolved as soon as possible as I fear this matter is/will affect my credit score and I am not even an MTN client.

Kindly note that your complaint has been escalated to our ***** department for urgent assistance. Kindly advise if you have obtained an affidavit from the police station? As this is what would be required from our ***** department as well as a copy of your ID.

21 Apr 2018, 07:53I have submitted an affidavit twice already. Asking me to do it again tells me that the first two attempts you claimed you sorted it out was an complete lie. The last person I communicated with was Alice Van der merwe.
