February 2015 Brochure - FALSE ADVERTISING

On the 2nd of Feb 2015 I went through the MTN brochure was published on the internet, I then went to the Mall@Reds branch as i wanted to upgrade to the Samsung Note 4 Gold Limited edition for the month of Feb. I was put on a waiting list as this branch was awaiting stock. I went home and contacted all the branches in Centurion to see if anybody else had stock. but with no luck. I have been following up every week since with all the branches. It is now 18 Feb and still no one has stock. not even the normal white Note 4 is available..How is this possible? Why advertise something that you clearly cannot provide. <br> This is clearly FALSE ADVERTISING and please do not tell me that all the stock was sold out as i went into the branch 2nd of FEB and placed my upgrade order. This is possibly the worst service i have ever experienced. I would like this matter to be escalated to management and resolved with an appropriate response and feedback.
